• Design a quality electrical switchboard that meets client’s needs, technical specification, single line diagrams and Hai Nam’s Standards.

• Understand clearly Hai Nam design guidelines.
• Preview, update information from components manufacturers for installations, operations.
• Understand clearly client’s requirements, scope of works.
• Represent Hai Nam at meeting with clients if needed.
• Design detail products for submission to clients & manufacture products.
• Review product design for compliance with Hai Nam Standards, client’s technical specification & related documents.
• Handle changes & problems related to assigned products.  
• Assist in assuring client’s commitments are meets.
• Support Project; Production Management aware of all current or 
• potential problems.
• Perform preliminary engineering based on client’s requests.

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Work as a member of design team, cooperating with other members in an effective manner to perform design work of high quality, limitation of errors.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction, service & quality in design works.
• Conduct analytical studies on Hai Nam design guidelines to develop design for Hai Nam products.
• Treat all Hai Nam’s information & client’s information in a confidential manner.
• Prepare and submit reports when required to inform Management the status of assigned works.

• Learn and understand Hai Nam quality policy.
• Uphold Hai Nam Quality Management requirements.
• Understand Hai Nam Quality Management System structure & its purpose.
• Participate in formal & informal policy audits to help Hai Nam maintain ISO 9001:2008 certification.
• Be familiar with Hai Nam Procedures Manuals. Refer to this manual for information on procedures.
• Perform internal audits as requested.  

• University graduated.
• Ability to use Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel; Word; Project; Outlook.  
• Ability to read in English documents such as Technical Specification, Electrical drawings, Technical; installation guides…
